4. Preparation phase: Copying the program into the CNC machine programming, having right tools and fixtures mounted and defining the coordinate system of the work piece.
5. Trial cutting stage: Run trial cutting to check that the director is correct and fine tune the parameters for the best effect on the processors.
6. Formal Processing Phase: Begin official phase of data processing and keep track of any hitches that are likely to occur.
7. Post-processing stage: They like the material to be delivered to them in its final state which includes deburring, dimensioning and any required surface treatment after machining has been done.
8. Quality Inspection: Perform quality inspection on the processed parts to see that you meet the specific design standards.
9. Subsequent treatment: Final heat treatment if needed and the final surface coatings or other treatments depending on the application.
10. Storage and Maintenance: Return finished components back to bins and service CNC equipment as needed.
