What is the difference between Mold and Moulding?

Moulds are production tools that are used to make different products in various shapes and sizes in molding. They are typically made of metal or plastic that can be used in the manufacturing of large quantities of the products such as Precision Mold. The mould design and manufacturing is a specialized business and one that needs a specialized approach.
Molding is also a production process that involves the use of a mold in which molten plastic is injected into a mold and the part is left to cool and take its final shape. Molding is mostly applied in manufacturing of plastics where large quantities of such things as the plastic parts, bottles and boxes are made. Unlike molding which involves the use of a die in the process, a die may not necessarily be used in molding but may be used in other operations like die casting and extrusion. 

What is CNC and Precision Machining?

CNC machining is a process of material removal through the use of computers and computer controlled machines to form parts to dimensional accuracy. CNC machines control the processes of creating a certain part based on software programs that takes designs or requirements and turns it into code that will be followed by the machine.
Precision machining can be defined as one of the techniques involving the use of Computer Numerical Control machines to produce parts with an increased degree of accuracy. This one entails the employment of sophisticated instruments and systems to deliver thin specifications and high degrees of precision in the final output.
