Company tool usage:
At present, our company's mold manufacturing center undertakes the development and production of the whole factory sheet metal Stamping Die, the tooling, fixtures and measuring tools of the machined products. Most of these tooling, fixtures and molds are quenched and hardened materials, such as Cr12MoV. SKD61, etc., in order to process high-precision molds on hard materials, the tool performance and service life of the machine are the key; for precision machining workshops, the main products are auto parts, medical equipment, etc., which require high dimensional accuracy. (4) The forming tool is very expensive and cannot be repaired once it is partially worn.

(4) Provide quick evaluation methods and evaluation indicators for customer's tool cutting performance and workpiece material machinability, making it easy to understand and reduce technical terminology.
