1. Daily inspection and maintenance:

3. Environment and temperature control:

Regulate the temperature of the environments in which equipment is working to prevent the situations that the temperature is too high or too low to hinder the working state of the equipment.
4. Operation specification:
Conduct yourself according to the guidelines set for the CNC machining center to prevent damage to the machinery as a result of one’s mistakes.
In the operation, one should always give attention to the sign of the statuses of the equipment and looking for the abnormalities and solving them in due course.
5. Professional maintenance:
For frequent repair and maintenance of large and important equipment, it should be completed by professional maintenance staff to prevent craftsmen from arbitrarily disassembling or adjusting the equipment.
While it is for the occurrence of faults details must be taken to enable future failure analysis and thereby prevent more occurrences.
6. Spare parts management:
Ensure that appropriate stock of spare parts is available for efficient replacement in-case of a breakdown to avoid prolonged use of the equipment.
By the above-mentioned measures, it is possible to improve the participation of the CNC machining center so as to maintain the long-term stable operation state and to ensure the protection in the process of production.
