Our factory is one of the inertia instrument development and production plants of the Aerospace Department. Inertial instrument zero, the structural characteristics of the components are small size, as small as tens of microns, high precision, dimensional accuracy of micron, shape accuracy of sub-micron, low surface roughness, Rα0.025, complex shape structure, including thin wall. These characteristics determine the difficulty of processing. It requires advanced processes, fairly sophisticated equipment, ideal tools, accurate instrumentation, a good processing environment and a corresponding level of process control.
