One: basic characteristics

Two: high speed, high production efficiency

[Spindle] Direct-coupled AC motor with a maximum power of 18.5KW adopts double-winding switching technology to meet the demand for low-speed and high-torque in heavy-duty applications and high-speed and high-power processing of non-ferrous metals. The standard configuration has a maximum speed of 12000 rpm and a maximum output torque of 95.5 Nm. The acceleration time from 0 to 12000 rpm is only 2.0 seconds.

[Feed] The servo motor power of the feed axis is 3.5KW. It is directly connected to the lead screw and provides excellent acceleration and deceleration performance and feed rigidity of the feed axis. The maximum axis feed rate is 42m/min and the acceleration is 0.6G.

[Change tool] Double servo cam type ATC tool change mechanism, CC tool change time is 2.8S (TT is 1.3S), and the nearest knife set is used. In high-volume production, the non-machining time is greatly shortened.

Three: high rigidity, high precision stability

After strict finite element analysis of the basic casting design, the static rigidity is greatly improved, reaching 0.02 um / N. THK SRG series roller linear guides are adopted for all feed axes. Compared with ordinary ball linear guides, the load can be carried in four directions of radial, reverse radial and lateral directions, which improves the rigidity of linear drive and guide. This increases the rigidity of the entire machine and ensures better cutting performance.

The main shaft adopts ceramic bearing technology, with low thermal expansion coefficient and light weight, which ensures the rotation precision and high rigidity. At the same time, it has the characteristics of low noise and sinter resistance, which prolongs the operating life of the spindle bearing. The three-point balance technology of the spindle unit and the application of the flexible connection technology effectively suppress the vibration of the spindle during high-speed operation and improve the processing quality. In addition, ceramic bearings can be directly lubricated with grease, which reduces the environmental pollution caused by a large amount of waste oil from oil lubrication.

Thermal displacement is an important factor in the accuracy and stability of machine tool processing. Little Giant's VCS series of vertical machining centers employ a number of advanced technologies to improve and respond to the effects of machine thermal displacement.

1: The overall thermal balance design of the machine tool; including the reasonable arrangement of the components that are easy to heat. (such as transformers, hydraulic units, etc.)

2: Forced constant temperature circulation cooling is performed on the spindle housing and the spindle sleeve to reduce the thermal displacement of the spindle.

The screw cooling cooling (optional) function is adopted to reduce the thermal deformation of the screw due to the reciprocating motion, thereby ensuring stable high positioning accuracy.

3: Intelligent thermal displacement compensation function. By adding a thermal displacement correction temperature sensor to the base of the machine tool, the column, the headstock, etc., by comparing and comparing the changes in the ambient temperature and the substrate temperature, the machine feed coordinates are performed according to a preset mathematical model of the thermal displacement. Computation compensation to offset the effect of thermal deformation of the machine structure on accuracy.

Four: high performance, intelligent CNC system

The VCS series of vertical machining centers use the new high-speed and high-precision MAZATROL SMART control system. Adhering to the system operation of MAZATROL man-machine dialogue mode, and strengthening the application of EIA/ISO customers, it is very easy and convenient to deal with multi-variety processing occasions and small-scale high-volume processing occasions. Built-in powerful expert database system provides the most valuable cutting conditions and application parameters for operating programmers. The intelligent operation navigation interface can be easily switched between the position display, program monitoring and tool management, or at the same time. In addition to the high-speed and high-precision basic control performance, the SMART CNC system is intelligent and automated. Intelligent thermal displacement compensation (ITS) effectively compensates for the influence of machine temperature and thermal deformation on machining accuracy. Intelligent machining vibration suppression (AVC) suppresses machining vibration by adjusting and changing the feed axis acceleration and deceleration commands in a timely manner. Improve the surface quality of the machine; intelligent operation and maintenance, with alarm history query, periodic inspection prompts, servo control monitoring and other functions, greatly facilitating the operator's inspection and maintenance of the equipment.
